Fancy Greek or Indian?

Both cultures have a vast history and knowledge of mind-body-soul wellbeing. Both cultures are interested in the fascinating field of Axiology – axi what?!!! Axiology is the study of human values and nature.

The Greeks called it our telos – the end in mind – while traditional Indians know it as the dharma – your highest purpose.

We find many people today do not know what their true values are. We live in a world of constant information and social media and advertising suggesting what our values should be, what or life should look like and we are sold an idea we would be happier, richer, prettier if we lived a certain way or bought a certain product.

When we attempt to live outside our true values we experience the ABC’s of negativity; anger ad aggression, blame and betrayal and challenge and criticism.

Research tells us only 5% of all our behaviours are controlled by our conscious brain, that’s like the waves thinking it can control the entire ocean.

The perception that we ‘should’ ‘must’ and ‘have to’ triggers our nerve system stress response (fight or flight) which, overtime lead to many sympathetic  nerve system driven chronic illnesses.

The beauty of chiropractic is to locate and facilitate the removal of these nervous system interferences so you can express your true potential.

Neuroemotional Technique (NET) is a powerful method Chiropractors at Optimum Health Essentials use to help facilitate the removal of stored negative emotions which affect your physiology. Releasing this energy and allowing the body to express its true potential, its true purpose is a remedy part of what chiropractors do!
