Performance Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. Our integrated approach deals with minds perceptions, mindset, motivation and values, the body’s physiological requirements for the specific output you expect i.e. specific nutrition, lifestyle planning, and “body hack” shortcuts to reset your energy levels in high demand situations in sporting or corporate environments.

When can you use Coaching?

Long-range career or life planning – While some people may prefer not to have a “life plan,” there’s strong evidence that shows that people who have measurable plans and goals are more likely to be successful in the long term. To master your life you need to be able to measure it.

Navigating career change points – An example of a career change point could be the transition from being primarily seen as a manager to being seen as a leader – someone who offers clear guidance and genuine inspiration. Coaching can help people navigate these change points more successfully.

Making fundamental changes to performance or behaviour – This involves the equivalent of athletes breaking bad habits in their game, and relearning basic skills the right way. Or to your average fitness levelled person who wishes to get to the next level of their health.

Handling major life setbacks – Coaching can help people recover from major personal setbacks. In particular, it can help people address work-life imbalances, or deal with major episodes of stress, fatigue or burnout.

Transforming through loss – a common pattern we see is that people who have not resolved and worked through a significant loss in their lives tend to commonly create more loss in their lives. Whether the loss is someone you love, a job or an event, the negative emotions that have arisen from this need to be identified and released. When a person does this well they can speak about a tragic event as life transforming, and with a level of serenity and humility. If a person doesn’t address this pattern then the negative emotions can spill over into other areas of their lives and they can become highly emotional or withdrawn if a memory that is painful is triggered. The guilt, regret anger or shame will often push other people away.
